All registration information is entered via a secure server. During the course of registering on our website users are required to enter a certain level of personal information with regards the data collected during this process to be: PRIVATE DATA.

Quote reference cookie - Optional, this cookie stores your quote reference; allowing you to proceed directly to our application form without needing to re-key cover information, used for no other purpose.

4. Session Information

We keep and review session history information. We use session information to keep a record of pages viewed and quotes generated. After monthly analysis (to see popular pages, site exits etc.) we delete session history information. Once a session has ended there is no way of identifying a user to a particular session. Sessions automatically expire after 2 hours.

5. Credit Card Payments

We use a 3rd party payment provider to collect credit card details (SagePay), this server allows you to enter your details for a specific transaction and be safe in the knowledge that we can neither view nor store this information. This process uses a secure server.

6. Transmission of data

We use SSL Certificates to ensure privacy during transmission of data. At no point during and after processing are details stored in clear format.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
